Melbourne – From 2020, independent top 10 Australian law firm Gadens will be calling Cbus Property's iconic $1.25 billion Collins Arch development at 447 Collins Street its new home.

Gadens has secured 5,000 square metres of commercial space, and will take up 2.5 floors in the western tower of Collins Arch. Taking up the entire city block between Collins Street, Williams Street, Market Street and Flinders Lane, Collins Arch is designed by international award-winning architects Woods Bagot and SHoP Architects. The mixed-use destination development will provide what is anticipated to be Melbourne’s first WELL-rated commercial building when completed in 2019.
