Gadens launches enhanced online leasing platform

Andrew Kennedy, Partner, Melbourne

Gadens, a leading Australian law firm with a long history of being a front-runner in providing clients with innovative online legal solutions, has recently launched our enhanced online leasing platform. GPS Leasing replaces our existing Lease Management System, and was rolled out to clients over the weekend. Through our latest, enhanced leasing platform we continue to offer technology solutions which best serve our clients' needs by saving them time and providing real-time tools with which they can manage their lease portfolios better.

Andrew Kennedy, Gadens' National Head of Property said:
"Gadens has a history of driving innovation through our use of technology. This continued commitment to innovation, coupled with our in-depth knowledge of the Australian retail, commercial and industrial leasing markets, means that clients benefit from us being in the unique position where we combine our long-standing industry knowledge and expertise with technology – the result of which is a real-time, online platform that allows users to manage, analyse and review their lease portfolios".

"For over 100 years, we have worked with many of Australia's leading property owners and managers, and leasing work forms a large part of our property practice across the country. We are one of the few large law firms still committed to working in this area of property law, and an enhanced GPS Leasing system allows us to provide these services on a cost-effective basis", concludes Mr. Kennedy.

About GPS Leasing

Gadens Portfolio Solutions (GPS) is a suite of online business-to-business programs, legal analysis and management tools that offer a new generation method of conducting and managing high-volumes of transactions. A major component of these systems is their fast, efficient and cost effective processing of large-volume transactions – such as retail and commercial leases, conveyancing, and mortgage and debt recovery transactions.

GPS Leasing is an easy-to-use, secure document exchange, document repository and online workflow platform dedicated solely to leasing. It allows us to increase efficiency, streamline processes and enhance risk management for the benefit of our clients.  We continue to work with our clients to provide simple, easy to use solutions that provide more efficient, streamlined legal and business processes.

With access to real time status updates and reporting, GPS Leasing allows users, across all levels of a matter, to analyse, manage and review their portfolio of matters.

The GPS portfolio of systems currently includes GPS Recoveries (used for managing the debt recovery process), GPS Lending (used for managing the loan document preparation and settlement process) and Rapid Settlement Process (RSP) (an online conveyancing settlement system).
