Focused largely in the real estate and financial services sectors, our product development has culminated in Gadens Portfolio Systems (GPS). GPS is a suite of online business-to-business programs, legal analysis and management tools that offer a new generation method of conducting and managing high-volumes of transactions.
A major component of these systems are their fast, efficient and cost effective processing of large-volume transactions – such as mortgage and debt recovery transactions, retail and commercial leases and conveyancing. GPS is used by many of our property and banking clients as an intuitive and natural interface for managing clusters of similar transactions, better analysing portfolio performance, managing emerging risks, and identify trends across the country.

- GPS Lending – Provides clients with a ‘one stop shop’ for the management and tracking of all lending transactions. It is currently used to provide efficient and consistent standard loan documentation for a number of major banks across Australia. GPS Lending's workflows ensure that documentation is sent to operatives with the right skills, experience and capacity to prepare the documentation. This results in faster and more consistent turnaround times, allowing lenders to better manage customers’ expectations.
- GPS Recoveries – Facilitates the recovery of mortgage arrears and mortgage enforcement. GPS Recoveries also provides national tracking and reporting on the progress and performance of mortgage recovery matters, online and in real-time. GPS Recoveries is also used by many of our financial services clients to manage their unsecured debt portfolios.
- GPS Leasing – Facilitates the online instruction and management of leases. GPS Leasing gives clients the control and ability to track the progress of all leasing matters and instructions. Accessible via a secure web portal, the system records and houses valuable information about an organisation's leases and the lease production process.
- GPS Settlements – An online conveyancing settlement system that streamlines the record keeping, progress reporting and completion of multiple off-the-plan sales. GPS Settlements facilitates prompt settlements and avoids delays, as users can book settlements and purchasers' solicitors can access settlement statements online. Developers use GPS Settlements to extract reports showing specific details for agents, clients and financiers.
