  • AMP Retail – acting in the sales of Coles Myer Group and Myer transaction including advising on issues of consent, development, leasing and taxation as well as the acquisition of Ocean Keys and Casey Central Shopping Centres. Ericsson Australia – sale of the Broadmeadows factory site including environmental issues.
  • Folkestone – former Victorian Deaf Society Headquarters, East Melbourne – acquisition, planning, heritage applications and residential development of the landmark site in East Melbourne.
  • ISPT – acquisition of the Holden site in Salmon Street, Port Melbourne and The Strand Shopping Centre in Elizabeth Street, Melbourne and the Central West Business Park and Shopping Centre.
  • Orchard Funds Management – purchase, leasing and / or sale of commercial office buildings and retail properties in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia including recently 350 Collins Street, Melbourne, 54-56 Raglan Street, Preston and 228 and 234 Normanby Road, South Melbourne.
  • Stamoulis Property Group – acquisition of Vogue development site in South Yarra including providing planning, structuring and leasing advice
Acquisitions and sales projects:
  • Australian Unity – providing general leasing and property advice across the commercial, retail and industrial portfolio Australia wide for numerous property syndicates.
  • Westpac Banking Corporation – commercial leasing for part of its Victorian Portfolio.
  • Goodman International – industrial leasing for part of its Victorian portfolio including Regal Business Park, Amaroo Business Park and Ferntree Industrial Park; Healthscope Limited – leasing matters Australia wide, including for its subsidiary Gribbles Pathology.
  • Kathmandu – national leasing requirements for this major retailer; Shopping Centres – all aspects of management, leasing and development issues for over 150 Shopping centres including for AMP, Centro, Stockland, ISPT, Aspen Group and Australian Unity as well as acting in respect of all retail leasing litigation and debt recovery.
  • Stamoulis Property Group – commercial leases at 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne, 555 Collins Street, Melbourne and 277 William Street, Melbourne and other properties.
