A snapshot of the breadth of our recent experience includes:
  • financing, construction and operation of multi billion dollar fixed and floating liquefied natural gas processing facilities
  • acquisition and disposal of upstream and downstream oil and gas assets, including advising on competition law and foreign investment issues
  • numerous successful capital raisings in the mining sector
  • landowner  issues in the hard rock, conventional oil and gas and the coal gasification and CSG sectors, including planning, regulatory and litigious matters
  • development of standard haulage arrangements for clients in the gas and coal sectors, underpinning billions of dollars in annual revenues
  • regulatory and compliance advice, such as for the introduction of the short term trading market in gas and carbon.
