The TRAC team regularly advises on capital raisings, managed investments schemes, standard loan and distribution documentation, money markets and foreign exchange, and non cash payment methods.  Our areas of specialty include advising in relation to the AML/CTF Act, Competition and Consumer Act, Corporations Act, NCCP Act, SIS Act, PPS Act, and Privacy Act.
Our many years of experience from both a legal and commercial perspective ensure our clients are well positioned to take advantage of opportunities while complying with their legal and regulatory obligations.
