How we can help
Australia's agribusiness sector is a major contributor to the national economy and food security. It requires advisers who genuinely understand the sector's dynamics, including geopolitical, economic, social and regulatory trends and the commercial pressures shaping the sector.
We advise agribusiness operators, investors and industry bodies at every stage of the agricultural value chain: from primary production and supply chain structuring through to market access, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Our focus spans transactions and legal issues central to Australian agriculture, including corporate and M&A activity reshaping ownership structures across the sector, foreign investment approval, merger clearance, land and water rights, environmental regulation and intellectual property protection and commercialisation.
As the industry responds to climate risk, biosecurity challenges, shifting export conditions and geopolitical pressures, we help clients stay ahead of regulatory change, manage risk and position themselves for growth.
