Global institutional investment manager
Advising on the sale of a 75% interest in Uptown (formerly The Myer Centre) in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall to ASX listed co owner Vicinity Centres, navigating a complex co ownership structure, pre emptive rights and regulatory approvals for a landmark retail asset. -
Sand Hill Road Group
Acted on the $140m sale of eight prominent pub venues across Victoria to Australian Venue Co, including the Hotel Esplanade (The Espy) in St Kilda and the Garden State Hotel and advised on the divestment of a 20% interest in the group. -
The Star Entertainment Group
Advised on technology and commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting material IT solutions and infrastructure contracts with global providers such as Oracle, Capgemini and Infosys, and on the procurement and negotiation of enterprise resource planning and application management services. -

Advised the strategic investment into Boutique Fitness Studio, the master franchisee for leading international brands including Rumble Boxing, Club Pilates, CycleBar and StretchLab across Australia and New Zealand, supporting Viva Leisure’s continued expansion of its multi‑brand network and growth strategy.
