About Gabrielle Trainor AO
Gabrielle is a non-executive director and advisor whose experience covers 25 years on boards in the public and private sectors, including urban development and property, mining and construction contracting, financial services, transport, sport, the arts, infrastructure, and tourism. She has had a long career advising boards and executives on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, demergers, capital raisings, corporate re-structuring, corporate reputation, regulatory issues, corporate governance and responsibility, crisis communications and litigation communications strategy. She has conducted several expert reviews for governments. Her background is as a lawyer, newspaper journalist, public sector executive and consultant.

Gabrielle was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2017 for service to the community in transport and infrastructure planning and design, and as a contributor to social welfare, sporting and cultural institutions. Gabrielle is also a Trustee of the Charlie Perkins Trust and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Melbourne University and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Her M.A from Western Sydney University is in Creative and Cultural Practice.
About Joseph Carrozzi AM
Joseph is the former Managing Partner, Sydney at PwC Australia where he headed the firm’s Sydney office and was a member of the firm’s Markets Leadership Team. Prior to joining PwC, Joseph was a Tax Partner at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen for over 17 years. An extensive career, assisting clients in the private and public sectors, Joseph has worked in a wide range of industries, including IT sector, music industry and the transport & construction sectors. He has advised on many M&A and infrastructure projects, for both government and private sector organisations.

Joseph was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2021 for his significant service to business, and to the community through multicultural and not-for-profit organisations. He is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia (FTI) and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is admitted as a Barrister at Law in NSW.
