Media release | Intellectual property and privacy rising star joins Gadens

National firm Gadens is excited to announce that Hazel McDwyer has joined the firm as a partner in our Intellectual Property and Technology Team. With nearly 20 years of experience, Hazel will play an important and valuable role in the ongoing expansion and growth of our Intellectual Property and Technology practice, particularly in Sydney.
Listed in Doyles Guide in 2016 and 2017 as a Rising Star and additionally as a Recommended Lawyer for Intellectual Property Law in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 directory, Hazel specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law, including trade marks, patents, copyright and designs – from brand protection to enforcement and cross-border issues – along with Australian Consumer Law, privacy and information technology matters.
