Gadens has advised DGtek on the sale of 100% of DGtek’s securities to Gigacomm.
DGtek is a Melbourne-founded fibre network provider, delivering internet infrastructure to residential and commercial developments across Victoria. Gigacomm is an ultra-fast internet provider backed by Macquarie Capital and Palisade Impact.
The acquisition expands Gigacomm’s network footprint through the addition of DGtek's fibre infrastructure and retail brand, Pineapple Net, strengthening its ability to deliver high-speed connectivity across Australia.
The deal reflects ongoing investment and consolidation within Australia's telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector, positioning the combined business for future growth.
