Adam is a Partner in our Intellectual Property & Technology Team. He is also a registered trade marks attorney. Adam acts for an array of clients across a broad range of commercial matters, specialising in the fields of intellectual property, franchising, technology, privacy and competition and consumer law.
Adam’s experience includes:
all aspects of intellectual property, including prosecuting and managing trade marks and designs portfolios, negotiating and advising in respect of IP transactions, and IP litigation;
acting for national franchisors in all aspects of their business, including documentation, Code compliance, supply arrangements, third line forcing, corporate structuring, IP protection, leasing, and dispute resolution; and
technology contracting and related regulatory issues
Adam’s experience also draws on a previous role in financial services regulatory policy with the corporate regulator, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, as well as two secondments as in-house counsel for a telecommunications carrier. His diversity of experience offers a holistic approach to achieving outcomes for clients.
Adam has been listed by Best Lawyers in Australia as a “Best Lawyer”, in the field of Intellectual Property Law since 2014, and in the field of Corporate Law in the 2018 edition.
