Amanda advises on all aspects of the employment relationship, including contract and policy development, enterprise bargaining strategies, pay compliance frameworks and remediation and employment and industrial litigation.
Her work spans litigation in the Fair Work Commission and federal courts, as well as equal opportunity and human rights commissions. Amanda guides employers through merger and acquisition transitions, regulatory investigations, pay assurance and compliance, including remediation, and complex employment disputes. She is recognised for her technical acumen and ability to deliver commercial, outcome-focused solutions.
