Biography
Amy’s structured finance practice includes advising on structured cashflow and receivables financings, portfolio sales and acquisitions, warehouse financings and term transactions backed by commodity and resources receivables, fintech and consumer loan portfolios, real property mortgages, auto loans and credit card receivables.
Amy also advises on OTC derivatives including swaps, credit default swaps, total return swaps and credit‑linked products across a wide range of asset classes including FX, interest rate, commodity, equity and credit. She advises on domestic and international financing and derivatives transactions.
She also has significant experience supporting clients on financings in the energy and resources sector including construction and development financing, asset-based lending and hybrids with a focus on renewables and energy transition.
