She has extensive experience in complex planning and environment litigation, including disputes over development and regulatory approvals, the rezoning of land and compulsory acquisition claims. Andrea is particularly skilled at managing large teams of expert witnesses to deliver successful outcomes for her clients.

She advises on planning and environment due diligence for large-scale property acquisitions and corporate transactions, covering contaminated land, heritage issues, native vegetation offsets and development contributions. Andrea also advises not-for-profit organisations on affordable housing projects and is a Board Member for Her Place Australian Women's Museum.

She shapes industry reform through strategic government submissions, ensuring her clients' interests are represented in the shaping of planning policy.
