Biography
Andrew’s area of specialty includes acting on major building and engineering projects across Australia, drafting and negotiating bespoke agreements and contracts to meet project-specific requirements. He also acts for clients across expert determinations, mediation, arbitration, and litigious matters.
Representing developers, financiers, contractors, consultants and institutions, across retail, education, health and infrastructure projects, including shopping centre redevelopments, hospital upgrades and large-scale residential developments, Andrew advises clients on regulatory compliance, security of payment, occupational health and safety, and issues involving non-conforming construction materials.
