Andrew has built a strong practice in commercial property law. He advises institutional investors, funds and private clients on major property transactions across Australia, including landmark transactions, acquisitions and disposals of premium assets, large-scale development projects and leasing arrangements.
Andrew acts on matters that involve careful structuring, detailed due diligence and land tax advice, and works closely with multiple parties to progress transactions efficiently. He has advised on a wide range of asset classes, including CBD office towers, major retail centres, industrial and logistics facilities, healthcare assets and mixed‑use developments.
