Andrew's work spans major acquisitions, disposals and tailored acquisition structures, including multi-party fund-through transactions and detailed due diligence.
He advises on real estate transactions and bespoke deal structures, acting for institutional investors, developers and major occupiers across Australia. He also has extensive experience in logistics and commercial office leasing, representing institutional landlords across QLD and NSW on major office, industrial, logistics and healthcare leasing transactions, as well as managing significant leasing portfolios for national and international tenants.
