Angela is a Director in the Corporate Advisory team in Brisbane. She has over 14 years’ experience in employment and industrial relations and has worked across a range of industries including retail, electrical contracting, education and the building and construction industry. Angela has gained extensive recent experience in public administration, white collar crime and federal regulations.

Angela has extensive experience in providing strategic legal advice, written and face-to-face, on a range of ER/IR. In addition, Angela has represented employers on a range of matters in the Fair Work Commission, Anti-Discrimination Commission and Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

Angela has also gained recent experience acting on behalf of various councillors and other clients in relation to proceedings/investigations by the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC). She has experience in matters which relate to proceeds of crime legislation and the Queensland Criminal Code.

Angela advises on a range of matters including:

  • Public interest disclosures;
  • Public sector investigations relating to public interest disclosures and matters referred to the CCC;
  • Workplace Health & Safety Investigations;
  • Enterprise Agreements;
  • Dispute Resolution;
  • Union Industrial Action;
  • Conducting reviews and appeals of statutory workers compensation claims and common law claims for damages by workers.
