Since joining Gadens in 2010, Barbara-Ann has been a trusted adviser to major banks and other financial institutions. She specialises in complex dispute resolution and provides commercial and strategic guidance with a focus on banking and finance litigation and recovery, insolvency litigation, and enforcement of securities. She advises on the effects of insolvency, family law property settlements, competing interests and deceased estates on the rights of her clients, and has handled contested banking and finance litigation matters.
