Biography
Belinda acts for institutional investors, insolvency practitioners and private clients across a wide range of property advisory work including acquisitions, disposals, development and finance arrangements. Belinda’s practice spreads across a range of asset classes and sectors including office, industrial, retail and rural.
Belinda’s practice also includes advising on property-related tax matters, finance transactions and complex leasing arrangements for commercial, retail and industrial assets. Belinda prepares and negotiates development management agreements, joint venture agreements, co-ownership agreements and partitioning agreements.
