Breanna is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a strong focus on transactions that shape and reposition businesses. Her practice centres on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and distressed transactions, including matters involving administrators or receivers.

She is regularly engaged on large or complex matters with tight timeframes, where commercial pressure and legal risk must be managed in parallel.
