Biography
Breanna is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a strong focus on transactions that shape and reposition businesses. Her practice centres on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and distressed transactions, including matters involving administrators or receivers.
She is regularly engaged on large or complex matters with tight timeframes, where commercial pressure and legal risk must be managed in parallel. Breanna is closely involved in each stage of a matter and is known for her ability to coordinate advisers, engage directly with counterparties and maintain momentum through to completion.
Alongside her transactional work, Breanna advises on the negotiation and drafting of key commercial agreements for listed and unlisted entities, and not-for-profit organisations. Breanna also advises boards on directors’ duties and governance frameworks and provides company secretarial support. This combination of transactional and operational experience allows her to provide advice that is grounded in how businesses actually operate.
