Biography
Brihony acts for institutional, listed and private real estate clients, lenders and advisory firms, providing strategic advice on commercial and industrial property transactions and developments across the full real estate lifecycle.
Her experience includes advising on major acquisitions and disposals, including shopping centres, logistics, data centres, general commercial property and development sites. Brihony helps clients navigate complex legal due diligence, document negotiation, transaction structuring and settlement processes. She also advises developer clients through every stage of a project, from site acquisition and project structuring to delivery and off-the-plan sales.
Drawing on her work on real estate transactions, landmark developments, large scale subdivisions and mixed‑use projects, Brihony partners closely with clients, building long term relationships, combining technical depth and practical collaboration. As a member of the Greenfield Development Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Victoria), she maintains a strong connection to the issues shaping the development sector.
