Briony acts for institutional and major shopping centre landlords and managers on all aspects of retail leasing, including developments, management, and disputes. With over a decade of experience, she is well-versed in retail legislation nationally and practises across multiple jurisdictions and asset types, including major, regional, and sub-regional shopping centres, bulky goods centres, neighbourhood centres, strip malls, stand-alone buildings, and commercial buildings.
