Biography
Chris advises onshore and offshore financial institutions, sponsors, funds and developers on significant financing transactions across projects, mining and resources, corporate and real estate finance.
He advises on banking and finance matters across projects, corporate funding, mining and resources and real estate finance. With his deep understanding of legal risk and negotiation style, Chris’ clients value his solutions-focused approach, commercial acumen and ability to drive the deal through to transaction close.
Chris brings a unique perspective shaped by senior in-house roles at Brookfield Multiplex and CBA, together with four years of private practice in London. This experience underpins his understanding of how deals are assessed, structured and executed from all sides. He applies that insight to deliver practical, effective advice that aligns with clients’ objectives.
Chris advises on syndicated, club and bilateral facilities as well as complex intercreditor arrangements. He acts for major domestic and international banks, non-bank lenders, sponsor groups, family offices, property funds and developers.
