Clementine is recognised for delivering clear, commercially focused advice in distressed and high-pressure scenarios, guiding clients through both informal workouts and formal insolvency processes. Her practice spans the full restructuring lifecycle, including safe harbour engagements, refinancings, deeds of company arrangement, schemes of arrangement and secured debt enforcement.

Clementine has particular expertise in personal property securities (PPS) law, advising on priority disputes, registration risk and enforcement strategy in complex lending and distressed contexts.

Bringing extensive experience from top-tier private practice and her time in-house at NAB, Clementine drives outcomes in high pressure situations, always focusing on the efficiency and the commercial outcome, while considering exposure and risk.
