Daniel helps clients navigate complex construction and infrastructure projects by applying his extensive experience in front-end construction law and dispute resolution.

His expertise includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, managing claims, developing procurement and risk allocation strategies.

Daniel's experience covers the real estate and education sectors, as well as large scale property and precincts developments (including build‑to‑rent), major transport projects (rail, roads and airports), energy and renewables, water and waste infrastructure, social infrastructure (universities, hospitals and schools) and sporting facilities. 

Daniel also represents clients in adjudication and litigation, ensuring disputes are resolved efficiently and commercially. He draws on cross‑border experience from working in Australia, the UK and New Zealand and his previous role as a partner at a large international law firm, enabling him to support clients on projects with international dimensions.
