Biography
Danny helps Australian and international clients navigate significant events, transactions and strategic turning points. He works closely with listed entities, hedge funds and global corporates on their corporate transactions and disputes, often where regulatory, market or media scrutiny is high.
His focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, board and corporate advisory, corporate governance and corporate disputes. Danny advises prominent family offices on high-value and sensitive matters, spanning structuring and governance, succession, significant investments and the protection of family interests. Danny combines strategic insight with the ability to simplify complexity for boards and decision-makers. Clients seek his decisive advice when stakes are high, deadlines are tight and there is little room for error.
Danny brings deep expertise from senior leadership roles throughout his career, including as a founding partner of Clifford Chance in Sydney and Chang, Pistilli & Simmons.
