Biography
Doug’s practice focuses on capital raisings (including IPOs, rights issues, placements, share purchase plans, and private equity raisings) alongside takeovers, corporate reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and joint ventures. He regularly advises on compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
A notable highlight of Doug’s career includes five years as General Counsel and Company Secretary for a listed mining company, where he managed all aspects of operations, negotiated development and operating agreements and represented the company on joint venture committees. His deep understanding of resources and infrastructure complements his corporate advisory work.
His reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions makes him a trusted adviser for complex transactions and governance issues.
