Biography
Elliot advises corporates and financial institutions across sectors including professional services, technology, telecommunications, retail, aged care, infrastructure and logistics. He also a strong focus on financing arrangements for large-scale residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments.
Elliot works closely with lenders and borrowers on funding structures, intercreditor arrangements and enforcement issues, bringing a clear, practical approach to each stage of a transaction.
He has strong experience in mezzanine finance and regularly supports financiers and sponsors on capital structuring and exit strategies, helping clients navigate competing priorities and achieve workable outcomes.

Acted as Australian Counsel on amendments to group corporate financing with value in excess of $250m across Australasia, North America and Europe, advising on Australian law issues for 10 local obligor entities and coordinating counsel across multiple jurisdictions. -
Major Australian trading bank
Advised on transitioning over $80m of existing commercial property financing for Rockefeller Group into green loan facilities, including application of the Green Loan Principles and alignment with the bank's sustainable finance framework. -
