Erin delivers proactive advice, training and cultural change initiatives across diverse industries. She supports organisations on all aspects of workplace relations, from compliance and performance management to cultural transformation, offering pragmatic and timely guidance tailored to client needs.
Her work spans construction, property, infrastructure, professional services, technology, advertising, FMCG, manufacturing, and aged care. Erin is committed to empowering businesses through education, regularly delivering training and developing online courses to promote positive workplace behaviour.
Since 2018, Erin has shared her knowledge as a lecturer in Employment Law, Anti-Discrimination Law, and Labour Regulation at the University of Wollongong and as a casual academic at Macquarie University. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events, including chairing the Employment Law Matters HR Masterclass.
