Gary works on regulated and unregulated transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings and corporate restructures. He regularly advises on ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act compliance and securities law, to support boards and executive teams on strategic and operational matters.
Gary acts on significant deals for ASX-listed companies and private enterprises, including cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raisings. His experience includes advising on directors’ duties, shareholder agreements and complex commercial contracts.

Advised on its successful acquisition of Vonex, which involved an initial scheme of arrangement with a concurrent on-market takeover bid in response to a rival proposal from Swoop Holdings and a further scheme of arrangement for MaxoTel to acquire the remaining shares in Vonex. -

Advised on a number of major corporate transactions since 2020, including its IPO and subsequent capital raises, the $334m acquisition of Over the Wire Holdings and the $248m acquisition of Symbio, both by scheme of arrangement. -
