Biography
Advising on property investment and construction funding, acquisition finance and general corporate lending, Isabella works closely with clients to structure funding arrangements that support commercial objectives and manage risk effectively.
Her experience covers senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt, as well as preferred equity structures. Isabella regularly advises on security arrangements, intercreditor positions and transaction documentation, providing practical input throughout negotiations and execution.
Isabella acts for Australian banks, non‑bank and alternative lenders, along with corporate and institutional borrowers.
