Biography
Jack brings over 15 years’ experience in regulatory investigations and complex litigation before the NSW Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia. He advises corporations, regulators and individuals across all stages of dispute resolution, including alternatives to litigation.
He appears in commissions and inquiries, including ICAC, and advises government departments on privacy matters before the OAIC. Jack’s expertise spans financial services, professional indemnity and negligence claims, shareholder and director disputes, competition and consumer law, commercial and equity disputes, joint ventures and insolvency.
