Jane helps clients resolve complex commercial disputes with strategies that align with their business objectives. She delivers practical advice and clear pathways through complex issues.
Her expertise includes shareholder disputes, Corporations Act matters, directors' and officers' liability, contractual disputes, competition and consumer law matters, insolvent trading claims, and technical and engineering disputes. She runs litigation in Victorian and Commonwealth courts and tribunals and advises boards on risk management and litigation exposure arising from corporate transactions.
Jane has managed numerous large-scale, multi-party disputes and class actions, including the successful defence of directors and officers in high-profile regulatory investigations and class actions. She has a strong track record in reputationally significant shareholder oppression cases.
