Jasmina brings over two decades of experience in commercial litigation, specialising in contractual disputes, insolvency and debt recovery.
She manages retail, commercial and industrial lease disputes and provides practical advice on property management, leasing and development issues, including tenant defaults and related debt recovery.
She has acted for leading shopping centre owners and managers, including 151 Property, Ashe Morgan, Dexus, Haben Property Fund, MA Financial Group, QIC and Vicinity Centres, often in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters across Australia.
