Jeremy advises listed and private companies, defence organisations, institutional investors and government bodies on strategically important matters. With over two decades’ experience, he guides organisations through complex corporate transactions and long-term commercial projects, helping them structure, negotiate and implement deals across industries and jurisdictions.
He applies clear judgement, commercial insight and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks to develop and implement joint venture and investment structures, and guides clients through all stages of development and infrastructure projects. His expertise extends to advising on stamp duty and tax implications, ensuring clients have a complete picture of the financial and regulatory landscape surrounding their transactions.
