Biography
Jing acts for leading Chinese corporates in Australia and ultra-high-net-worth investors in litigation and advisory matters, covering shareholder and director disputes, defamation, funds management, property and contractual claims, equity and trusts, and significant debt recovery.
She focuses on complex litigation and cross-border disputes, acting on high-value matters for corporates and investors. Fluent in Mandarin, Jing heads a bilingual, multi-disciplinary team advising on inbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment approvals, financing and property development.
Jing is one of a select few Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialists in Commercial Litigation – an accreditation earned through rigorous assessment, with one of her submissions selected as a sample for future candidates.

Acting in ongoing Supreme Court proceedings arising from the collapse of a large‑scale residential joint venture (over 10,000 dwellings), involving claims of approximately $61m for unrecovered funding and project costs, and allegations of misleading conduct and wrongful termination. -
Cross‑border bankruptcy and fraud proceedings
Acting in Federal Court proceedings involving cross‑border insolvency and alleged fraud, including recovery of a loan, an anti‑suit injunction, alleged concealment of offshore assets and reliance on the fraud exception under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth). -
Multiple parties in Supreme Court of Victoria
Acted in highly complex, multi-party proceedings concerning the misappropriation of funds by a former director. The matter involved ten parties and encompassed both counterclaims and third-party claims. -
