Joanne has over 20 years' experience acting in major corporate and commercial disputes, with a practice focused on matters that sit at the intersection of litigation, governance and regulatory risk.
She is a skilled corporate litigator, assisting clients through Federal and Supreme Court litigation, class actions, members' schemes of arrangement, regulatory investigations and enforcement, and corporate governance controversies.
She is sought out to guide boards and executives through sensitive matters where strategic judgment and clarity under pressure are critical. An experienced chair and non-executive director of ASX-listed companies, with prior experience in chief legal and executive roles within a Fortune 500 organisation, Joanne understands the realities facing decision-makers when disputes threaten enterprise value, reputation or continuity.
