Kaleb supports clients through complex transactions, providing strategic advice across deal structuring, negotiation and regulatory compliance.
Kaleb advises on compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), shareholder disputes and arrangements, financial services and corporate governance. His transactional work spans regulated and unregulated M&A and capital raisings across a range of sectors.
In the energy sector, Kaleb advises on renewable energy asset acquisitions, regulatory compliance and offtake arrangements. He works with clients across industries including technology, healthcare, retail and property, delivering commercially focused outcomes.
