Biography

Kiri advises organisations on workplace relations and safety governance, with a strong focus on managing regulatory risk and serious incidents.

She has significant experience responding to serious workplace incidents and fatalities, supporting clients through investigations, regulator engagement and improvement and prohibition notice processes. She also advises on the design and implementation of robust safety frameworks, officer due diligence programs and assurance models that enhance organisational oversight.

A key focus of Kiri’s work is psychosocial risk management. She assists organisations navigating evolving WHS obligations and managing sensitive issues involving mental health, bullying, sexual harassment, whistleblower concerns and organisational change. Her experience includes successfully defending corporate entities, officers and individuals in WHS prosecutions across multiple Australian jurisdictions.

Kiri regularly supports clients through coronial investigations and inquests arising from workplace fatalities, guiding them through each stage of the process with clarity and care. She is also a respected presenter, recognised for translating complex legislative change into practical, actionable guidance.
