Biography
Lisa advises on franchising, competition and consumer law, and commercial technology matters. She has acted for some of Australia's largest national franchise networks and advised clients before the ACCC and TGA.
She advises on commercial arrangements including supply, partnership and manufacturing agreements, as well as government tenders. Lisa also works with clients on Australian Consumer Law and competition matters, including merger clearance, exclusive dealing and misuse of market power.
Lisa has acted for a range of clients in relation to the Competition and Consumer Act and the Franchising Code of Conduct, as well as the Therapeutic Goods Act.
Earlier in her career, Lisa worked with one of the world’s largest consulting firms, advising on major information technology projects across Australia. She was recognised as a nominee in the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 Awards (Trade and Regulation).
