Lynda advises on complex corporate transactions and strategic governance issues across a wide range of sectors from financial services and logistics to health sciences and agriculture.
She began her career at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), with strong foundations in financial regulation and market conduct bringing sharp insight to her clients' most complex matters. She advises boutique investment houses, ASX-listed entities and multinational corporations, working across public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets governance, shareholder activism and corporate disputes.
She is valued for her ability to translate intricate regulatory and transactional issues into practical pathways that help decision-makers achieve strategic outcomes.
