Biography
Melissa advises corporate, government and not-for-profit clients across a range of industries on high-value transactions and strategic investments. She works closely with organisations across diverse industries including health, aged care, retail, manufacturing, technology, education and transport and logistics.
She is known for combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach to major acquisitions and divestments, equity capital market transactions, joint venture arrangements and shareholder matters. Melissa leads high-value and strategically significant deals, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings and private equity investments.
She advises at every stage of a transaction, from structuring through to completion, across both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, regularly supporting clients on complex cross-border transactions involving international stakeholders. Melissa navigates the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and complex deal structures with confidence.
