Biography
Mish brings extensive experience advising on all aspects of property law. She acts on capital transactions, commercial, retail and industrial leasing (including development leasing) as well as property development, due diligence, complex titling and property‑related elements of project finance.
She works with institutional clients, major developers, foreign investors and real estate investment trusts on matters requiring careful risk management and commercial insight. Mish distils complex issues into practical advice, helping clients progress transactions efficiently while protecting their broader commercial objectives.
Mish negotiates to deliver timely, commercially sound outcomes. She prioritises clear communication and responsiveness, building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and other stakeholders from instruction through to completion.

Advised on the acquisition and joint development of major retail centres in Melton, Warragul and Merrifield under 99-year co-ownership arrangements; the acquisition of a $100m large format retail shopping centre; and a $4.5bn national leasing portfolio spanning development, retail and commercial leasing. -
Lesso Group
Acted on the divestment of 22ha of land and the acquisition of a development site in New South Wales, including agreements for lease and leases for a major petrol station and supermarket. -

Advised on a proposed $850m development in NSW, structured as a joint venture with eight adjoining landowners. -
