Natalie specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience advising in relation to general commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and director conflicts, consumer law matters (including misleading and deceptive conduct), Corporations Law matters (including the court approval of schemes of arrangement), real property related disputes, banking and financial services.

Natalie regularly acts for private and corporate clients, ASX listed companies and financial institutions to manage a variety of complex matters, including multi-party proceedings. Natalie prioritises achieving the resolution of disputes and litigation outcomes that are consistent with her clients’ commercial objectives.

Natalie has been involved in significant complex claims and disputes including matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
