Biography

Natasha advises clients across the full property lifecycle, from leasing and transactions through to development and portfolio management. She works with institutional landlords, REITs, developers, investors, occupiers and private clients.

Natasha manages national retail and office leasing portfolios, including the preparation and negotiation of leases, incentive arrangements, assignments, surrenders and related documentation. She has acted for a diverse range of clients and has played a key role in developing automated leasing systems and digital leasing solutions to support the efficient management of high-volume leasing portfolios.

She also assists clients with significant property acquisitions and disposals, managing due diligence, contract negotiations and settlement processes to achieve efficient and commercially sound outcomes.

Natasha has extensive experience supporting developers on broadacre projects, including land titling, easements, restrictive covenants, subdivision documentation and other development-related requirements. Her broad market perspective, combined with a strong understanding of client objectives, enables her to identify solutions that balance legal risk with commercial priorities.

Committed to the property industry beyond her legal practice, Natasha has held committee positions with the Property Council of Australia (WA Division) and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA Division).

Natasha's experience
