Olivia is highly experienced in intellectual property law, specialising in the protection, management and enforcement of IP rights.
She advises on matters involving trade marks, copyright, designs, patents, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct, trade secrets, misuse of confidential information, domain names, customs and anti-counterfeiting strategies.
Olivia advises a range of clients in health, fashion, FMCG, technology and logistics industries. She brings a commercial and strategic approach to IP issues, helping businesses strengthen their brands and protect their market position. Prior to her admission, Olivia worked in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 company, which gave her valuable insight into corporate operations and risk management.
