Biography
Philip brings extensive experience in technology, privacy and commercial law, supporting clients through large-scale digital transformation and outsourcing initiatives. His work spans core software and cloud infrastructure arrangements, data centre projects and business process outsourcing transactions.
He has a strong focus on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and enterprise blockchain. Philip regularly advises on legal and regulatory implications, risk governance and mitigation strategies and he delivers strategic solutions for multinational clients on cyber security and data breach issues including developing internal frameworks and incident playbooks.
Philip’s expertise also covers global data privacy compliance, including international data transfers and privacy impact assessments across Australia, the EU, UK, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
