Her experience spans all Australian Courts and Tribunals, Takeovers Panel matters and major national inquiries, including royal commissions and government inquests.
Phoebe’s practice also includes shareholder disputes, intellectual property matters, privacy‑related class actions, urgent injunctions and disputes involving consumer law and product quality. She acts in matters involving alleged privacy breaches, data publication errors, pressure‑selling practices and systemic financial services issues.
